- Promote awareness of public school choice
- Promote awareness of the benefits of diversity in public school choice options
- Assist member implementation of state and federal legislative school choice requirements
- Assist members with evaluation and/or assessment of the impact of public school choice on student achievement
- Provide members access to best practices and funding opportunities for public school choice options
- Provide networking and professional development opportunities and resources
