- Professional groups involved in magnet, charter, or other school choice options
- Public agencies such as state and district department with school choice offices
- Private businesses institutions of higher learning involved in Magnet, Charter, Academy, Virtual, NCLB Choice or other school choice options
- Businesses who serve SES students and foundations
- Parent Advisory Councils, local, regional and state levels
- District parental involvement directors and Title I coordinators as well as groups working for school choice
