Outstanding Study at Robinswood Middle School

Christiana Dillard is one of Robinswood Middle School’s outstanding 6th grade IB students. She was selected as a reporter for Scholastic Magazine, and one of her duties was to cover the Inauguration in Washington, DC. Christiana’s vision was to interview President-elect Obama, but the crowds were too overwhelming for that to materialize. She did, however, meet and talk to many interesting people, and brought back some colorful information. Christiana has had several opportunities to do in-depth interviews. One very special interview was with Abigail Breslin, actress in “Nim’s Island” and “Little Miss Sunshine.” She happened to be in a line at Disney during winter break and standing behind her was Abigail! Christie mentioned, “Has anyone ever told you that you look like Abigail Breslin?” She promptly answered, “I am…”So, off to a candid shot and an interview! Christie has an impressive history behind her as she was Citrus Elementary’s Student of the Year in 2006-2007. You are going to be hearing more and more about this special girl over the next few years!
