The 2009 Legislative Advocacy Leadership Conference is one of MSA’s highly acclaimed meetings. Held in Washington, D.C., participants have the opportunity to hear first-hand discussions on budget and appropriations, NCLB reauthorization updates (critical under the new administration); updates and technical assistance from the U.S. Department of Education for MSAP grantees; leadership and research for current, new and emerging schools, and priority issues for magnet schools in 2009. Participants will visit Capitol Hill Tuesday, February 10 for meetings with their Congressional members.
